Lyomac offers reliable and high speed auto loading and unloading system(ALAUS") for commer.cial freeze drying process , compliance with GMP and FDA for sterile products of vial and bulkmaterials freeze drying, fully automatic and high precision control with all moving system drivenby servo motor.
Lyomac offer solutions as below:
1. Fixed row by row system for vials:
* Designed for automatic vial convey from filler to freeze dryer pizza door, and convey to capperafter unloading, vials push and pull with row by row.
* Optional equip with sterile isolator, Rabs system.
* Fully automatic running without manual operation.
2. AGV loading system or fixed tray loader:
* Designed for automatic load trays into freeze dryer through pizza door from filler or dosingsystem (for bulk material/liquid), and convey to packing unit (for bulk material/liquid) or capper after unloaded. Trays moving row by row.
* No change parts required, suitable for different vial size application.
* Best solution for sterile APl or other bulk material.
* Optional equip with sterile isolator, Rabs system.
* Fully or semi-automatic running.

Features:
There are two types of automatic feeding and discharging system: fixed type and mobile type. According to the process requirements, customers can choose either separately or mixed.
Automatic feed in and feed out system is composed of several major parts or systems, such as feed docking system, front push rod feed system, rear push rod discharge system, discharge system, isolation system and control system.
The whole feeding and discharging cycle of the equipment is divided into: feeding, buffering, counting, plate and layer docking, feeding, plate and layer docking, discharging and bottle discharging, etc. In the automatic operation mode, the feeding and discharging cycle is executed automatically according to the above steps.
Improve the level of asepsis assurance and reduce the risk of production quality control;
Reduce personnel in the sterile room, thereby reducing the indoor microbial load;
